About the Meetings

The National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health invites you to partner with us in bringing meaningful education to the five State Office of Rural Health (SORH) Regional Partnership Meetings in 2022. In partnership with the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP), SORH Regional Partnership Meetings are an opportunity to focus on regional rural health needs and opportunities.

Federal Office of Rural Health Policy SORH Region C Partnership Meeting

Location:
Indianapolis, IN 

Pre-meeting:
July 26th 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET

Regional meeting:
July 27th from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
July 28th from 9:00 AM – 4:15 PM ET

This free, optional meeting will take place on July 26th, 2022 from 1:00 – 4:30pm ET. You will have the option to register for it when you register for the regional meeting. The Planning Committee will decide the pre-meeting topic soon; more information is to come. 

Transportation:
The hotel is approximately 14 miles from the Indianapolis Airport. The airport does not offer a shuttle. But the airport does offer shuttle services to downtown. Uber is approximately $18 from the airport to the hotel. Parking on-site is $35 a day.

Hotel:
The meeting will be held at the Hyatt House Downtown Indianapolis, 130 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, 46204. For a reservation, please go online to book your room. Rates are $127 per night plus taxes. The reservation deadline is June 29, 2022. Please note: no meals are provided, but the hotel does have a free breakfast. 

COVID-19 mitigation and measures:
NOSORH is dedicated to the health and well-being of our members and those in rural health. With that in mind, social distancing, masks, and vaccination are required for participation in all meeting activities.  By registering for the meeting, you attest that you have been fully vaccinated. This includes two rounds of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
