Shipping & Receiving

Display items should be shipped no more than three days prior to the event. If you are shipping a large order, please have it sent on a pallet. We also ask that any deliverables be sent no earlier than one week before arrival.

Setup & Tear Down

Each vendor will receive a 5-foot table. Electricity and WiFi for the tables must be requested during registration.

  • Setup
    September 10 from 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
    Please be set up and ready for the Meet and Mingle on September 10 at 5:30 PM.

  • Tear Down
    September 12 after 3:30 PM ET

  • Tuesday, September 10
    – 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (“Meet & Mingle” with Investing Partners)

  • Wednesday, September 11
    – 7:30 AM – 8:20 AM (meeting starts at 8:30 AM; please encourage attendees to go to the main hall at 8:20 AM)
    – 10:30 AM – 10:50 AM
    – 11:35 AM – 12:40 PM (lunch and room transition)
    – 2:20 PM – 2:40 PM

  • Thursday, September 12
    – 8:00 AM – 8:50 AM (meeting starts at 9:00 am; please encourage attendees to go to the main hall at 8:50 AM)
    – 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
    – 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM (lunch and room transition)
    – 2:45 PM – 3:05 PM

    Meet & Mingle

    Join us on Tuesday, September 10, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM ET for an evening “Meet & Mingle” with Investing Partners and Exhibitors. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided.

     

    Maid of the Mist

    Partners are invited to join us on Wednesday, September 11, as we walk over to ride the Maid of the Mist.
