Shipping & Receiving
Display items should be shipped no more than 3 days prior to the event. Please ship to the following address:

Please note that if you shipped items to the hotel prior to your arrival, they will be held in Conference Room A by the Conference Center Director.

Exhibit Hours 

Please note that each vendor will receive an 8-foot table. Electricity and WiFi for the tables must be requested during registration.

Setup and Tear Down 

• Setup – Beginning 2:00 pm ET on September 18th (please complete setup by 6:00 pm ET) 
• Tear Down – At the end of the last session on September 21st at 12 pm ET. If you have items to ship, please email Caroline Wroczynski at carolinew@nosorh.org prior to Monday and NOSORH will help arrange for a pick-up of the items. Please be sure to bring a printed shipping label.

Meet & Greets

Monday, September 18
6:00 – 7:30 pm ET
Join NOSORH, fellow SORH, our Federal Partners, and Investing Partners for a reception in Grandview II. There will be music, appetizers, prizes, and a cash bar.

Tuesday, September 19
5:30 – 7:00 pm ET
Please join us for a casual Meet & Greet at the hotel’s Top of the Park. Indulge in an evening of camaraderie with attendees while savoring light hors d’oeuvres and beverages from a cash bar.
