Rural Health Capital Resources Master Class: 102 Course

March 6 @ March 6 EST

This is a two-part Master Class designed for busy professionals who want to learn more about accessing and utilizing capital from federal, state, and private sources for rural health development projects. Participants will gain key insights on how to apply successful funding and partnership strategies to their own work.

This series will include instruction from national experts in community development finance, federal program funding, healthcare partnerships, and rural philanthropy.

The Rural Health Capital Resources (RHCR) 100 Series is free and open to all. RHCR 101 and 102 are introductory courses designed to provide an overview of the basics of federal, state, and private sources of capital for rural health and prosperity, and will instruct how capital resources are used in rural settings to achieve community health improvement goals.

RHCR 201, 202, and 203 are skill-building courses that require participants to enroll and pay a $300 fee. These courses will dive into concepts of building partnerships and using resources to support local rural health initiatives for infrastructure, direct services, community health improvement, and social determinants of health.

The courses are offered through NOSORH in collaboration with the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center and national organizations that link capital resources to rural health.
