Community Catalyst - Turning Ideas into Action in Rural America

Session description:

Community catalysts are individuals with lived experience in the community.  They work as a coordinator, navigator or perhaps as a community health worker.  Community catalysts work between rural health, rural development, Community Development Finance Institutions, and other community organizations, serving as a catalyst, sparkplug, or organization to get things going and pull things together.  Ultimately, community catalysts build relationships, identify resources, build aspirations into projects, and turn ideas into action.
