Jonathan Pantenburg is a nationally recognized healthcare management consultant who advises non-profit, profit, and governmental entities through complex issues, including financial analysis, provider alignment and designations, cost reduction, mergers and acquisitions, provider contracting, and operational improvement. Jonathan co-founded Wintergreen and serves as a Principal at Wintergreen, a Maine-based consulting firm focused on rural and community healthcare providers.
Rob Bloom, MBA, CPA

Prior to joining Wintergreen as a Principal, Rob served as CFO for Carthage Area Hospital for over a decade. He had previously held positions with the Hospital as Administrator of Primary Care Services and Interim Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his role as CFO at Carthage, Rob also served concurrently (2021-2022) as Chief Financial Officer at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center and Orleans Community Hospital in addition to providing consultative services to several other hospitals in rural New York. Rob brings to Wintergreen over 15 years of leadership and financial experience with expertise in turnaround management, staff development, cash management, effective budgeting and auditing and strategic planning.
