The inaugural Workforce+ Rural Healthcare Workforce Certification Program cohort begins October 8, and there’s still time to join!

Developed by NOSORH, in partnership with Wintergreen, Workforce+ provides practical, rural-focused strategies for tackling today's workforce challenges. Through this virtual program, participants will learn alongside rural healthcare professionals from across the country while building skills in recruitment, retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, workforce analytics, and other key areas of rural workforce management.
