What advice do you have for new NOSORH members? Reach out to the SORH vets! I am a super introvert, but this is the most amazing, down to earth, knowledgeable, kind, inclusive, humble, and just awesome group of people I’ve had the honor of working with. Everyone will help you, just ask‚Ķeven if it is terrifying. ūüôā

Best advice I ever received: When someone shows you who they are, believe them.

3 great things about rural health in Idaho: The people, quality, and culture. I may or may not be a little biased because I grew up and still currently live in rural Idaho, but Idahoans are strong, proud, independent, and full of grit. Some of our best rural providers are also farmers, ranchers, and avid outdoorswomen and men. They understand rural because they are rural and make sure their communities have access to the best care.
