The newest of NOSORH’s committees, the TruServe Advisory Committee, was formed three years ago to bring together NOSORH, SORHs, and The Center for Rural Health at the University of North Dakota (UND). The committee began with the goal of collaborating to determine how TruServe should be managed, how it could be made better by user input and how it could be marketed to new potential subscribers.
Since then, a new version of TruServe was launched, new organizations have enrolled, monthly trainings have taken place, learning communities have been held, and the Performance Measures have almost all been updated to show how data is entered and how reports can reflect the data. Recently, a webinar was planned and conducted on PIMS data and how TruServe can be utilized to run reports in a timely and concise manner. Keith Midberry of FORHP, Mark Barclay of UND, and Matt Strycker of NOSORH presented. Their presentations and the webinar recording can be found here.
If you are interested in learning more about TruServe or to enroll, please contact Mark Barclay at firstname.lastname@example.org. For information about the work of the TruServe Advisory Committee or if you would like to join the committee, please contact Matt Strycker for more information. The committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at 3:00 pm ET.
